Terms and conditions applicable to all cosmetic treatments at SATINI

  • All cosmetic treatments require an initial consultation with a doctor prior to your treatment. The initial consultation is free. Any client can only have one free initial consultation. If you want another consultation but no treatment, this incurs a 150 NZD charge. This can be deducted from any treatment you have as a consequence of this consultation, even though you did not book it on the same day.
  • We rarely inject dermal filler during your initial consultation. We always recommend a minimum 24-hour cooling down period after the initial appointment. This ensures that you are confident that this is the right treatment for you within your budget frame- even if you have had dermal filler treatment before.
  • Cosmetic injectable clients must be considered medically suitable for treatment following a consultation with one of our medical professionals (including a Register Nurse / Nurse Practitioner and Doctor).
  • The Cosmetic Clinic medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat for any reason. This will most likely happen if you are not deemed medically safe or if the medical professional has reason to think you may suffer from body dysmorphic disorder.

Botulinum Toxin

The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used for the treatment.

More units may be required based upon our doctor’s assessment of individual’s needs, desired outcome and muscle mass of the muscle to treat (both men and women may vary).

All treatment packages can only be used by one customer, several appointments may be necessary to administer the whole package.

Dermal Filler

  • Clients may require less or more dermal filler to treat the selected area and achieve the desired result. The doctor at SATINI rarely injects more than 3 ml of dermal filler during one appointment, so people won’t notice you had work done. It may, therefore, be necessary to have several treatment sessions to apply one package.
  • Payment for treatments can be made on the day with EFTPOS. You can also set up Ezypay or Afterpay instalments.
  • The number of dermal fillers administered will be solely at the medical practitioner’s discretion.
  • An initial consultation with the doctor to discuss your needs and set up a treatment plan is required before your first dermal filler treatment at SATINI, even if you had dermal filler elsewhere.
  • The SATINI medical practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can refuse treatment at any time.

Plasma Facial

Clients may request one or several vials per treatment. Special pricing is available if a client choses more than 1 vial. More vials usually lead to a better treatment outcome but this can not be guaranteed. If extra skin booster is requested to mix with the plasma, this will be charged extra consistent with prices indicated on the website.

Packages

All packages are valid for 12 months. Please contact us if you require an extension at the discretion of our staff.

You can opt-out of your package at any time. If this is the case, we will ask you to pay the difference between the normal price and the package price. This is only for the treatments you already had. We will not charge you for any treatments you would have had in the future.

If you can not continue the package due to a medical problem or because you had an allergic reaction or side effect from any treatment, we will not expect you to pay the difference.

You require an initial consultation before you purchase any of Satini Cosmetic Clinic’s packages. We reserve the right to recommend a different package or treatment to you if our doctor, RN or Nurse Practitioner deems a different treatment may be more suitable for you. If you are not safe for any reason to have a package, we will not be able to sell it.

We offer flexible payment options for our packages. All packages have to be paid off in full over the agreed period.

Payments Terms And Conditions

At Satini Cosmetic Clinic, we offer Ezypay and Afterpay. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payments are made in a timely manner.

Please contact us anytime should you have problems with any of the payments. We will try our best to find a solution that works for both parties. Please understand that if you do not pay or get in touch with us, we will have to take action.

•It is your responsibility to ensure that all payments are made promptly.

•Missed payments incur an extra charge.

•We will email you weekly reminders over the next two months. We will also attempt to call you once and text you twice.

•If you do not pay for two months despite our attempts and reminders, we will pass it on to a debt collector. You will be responsible for paying all extra costs incurred by the debt collector.

If you wish to make changes to your Ezypay system, please get in touch with Satini Cosmetic Clinic. Please remember that we charge a 150 NZD administration fee if you request to change the agreed amount or the frequency. You can pay off extra lump sums early; we will not charge you for that.

Extra Ezypay terms

A 20% deposit has to be paid on the day you start your plan.

You can only have one payment plan at any one time.

Exceptions apply for ViP Supreme members only.

Ezypay can only be applied to packages. Single treatments have to be paid on the day or can be paid with Afterpay.

Gift Cards Purchased in Clinic and Gift Certificates Purchased Online

  • Gift certificate/card is redeemable for product and services at SATINI unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift certificate/card is not redeemable for cash or credit.
  • No change can be given, however unused value will remain until the date of expiry on the certificate/card.
  • Valid for 12 months from issue.
  • Client will need to complete a client registration form and attend an initial consultation prior to commencement of treatment.
  • SATINI reserves the right to determine if the client is suitable for treatment and can at any time refuse to treat. This is usually for medical reasons or if the doctor has got good reason that you may suffer from body dysmorphic disorder.

  • The nominated user / recipient of all gift certificates will be required to provide photo identification upon redemption in clinic.

Shipping Policy

  • We apply a standard shipping rate of 7.50 NZD on all products ordered online. If you order products over 150 NZD shipping will be free. Please contact us within 10 business days should any items be damaged or if your delivery was not to your expected standards. We follow the regulations of the Consumer Protection Act.

  13. If the return is not approved, we will offer to return the product to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
  14. Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to have the product tested by a second party, such as the supplier. Please allow up to 20 business days for this procedure.

  16. Refunds will be issued to your personal bank account. We will ask you to provide your account number.
  17. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  18. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  19. Exchanges:
  20. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. The same conditions listed under 1 a to c apply to any exchanges.

  22. Damaged or Defective Products:
  23. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our customer service team immediately. Please email us photos of the faulty product.
  24. We will provide instructions on returning the item for a replacement or refund.

  26. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that they have not yet been shipped. We can not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
