It is very common that we have to treat your cheeks and temples first before we start treating your tear troughs. This is because a small amount of dermal filler can lift the cheeks and temples and, with that, also lift the area under the eyes. In quite a few cases, this may be enough to treat dark circles under the eyes.

Most people feel a mild level of discomfort during the treatment. The dermal filler contains a local anaesthetic which makes the procedure much more comfortable.
