Terms & Conditions of Loyalty Programme Membership

• We will review your annual spending once every quarter in January, May, and September.
• Based on your annual spending, we will email you about your membership.
• You can become a loyalty programme member even when you choose Afterpay or Ezypay as a payment option.
• We reserve the right to revoke your membership anytime if you are behind with your payments.

Terms & Conditions For Rewards:

• Reward Points will expire after one year.
• Reward Points can be redeemed for all services. This includes packages offered at Satini Cosmetic Clinic. We do not offer reward points on products.
• Reward Points can only be redeemed for treatments for Satini Admirer Members.

Terms & Conditions for your free birthday skincare product:

• Must be redeemed within four weeks after your birthday.
• You must book a treatment to redeem the skincare product. It does not matter what treatment this is.
• You will receive an email from us with the offer.
• Please show this email when you come in for your treatment.
• The value of the skincare product depends on your annual spending. We offer 3% of what you spent during the last 12 months.
• It must be a skincare product that you have not tried before.

Terms & Conditions for your free facial:

• Only applies to VIP Radiance Members and VIP Supreme Members.
• Our skin experts will tailor an ultra-relaxing facial to your skin needs.
• The facial is free. Please present the email you received from us at reception.
• Please call us at 0800-121-622 to book this facial. You can not book this facial online.

Terms & Conditions for exclusive offers on skincare products:

• If you hold the Radiance VIP or VIP Supreme membership, we will let you know first when we have special offers in our salon.
• We will also ensure that you receive exclusive offers just for you.

Terms & Conditions of the Ezypay Program Offer:

• A 20% deposit applies to all customers when they choose Ezypay as a payment option for the first time.
