Satini Loyalty Programme — Terms & Conditions

Every time you spend with us, you’ll automatically earn reward points. The more you enjoy, the more you’re rewarded. The terms below explain how your membership and rewards work.

How You Earn Points

  • You earn 10 cents in reward points for every $1 you spend — that’s 10% back on your spending.
  • Reward points are allocated automatically each time you spend, so there’s nothing you need to do.

Membership

  • We review your annual spending once a year.
  • Based on your annual spending, we’ll email you about your membership.
  • VIP Membership is reserved for members who spend more than $1,500 per year, and is awarded at the discretion of Satini Cosmetic Clinic.
  • We reserve the right to revoke your membership at any time if your account is behind on any payments.

Reward Points

  • Reward points expire 12 months after they’re earned.
  • Reward points can be redeemed against all services, including packages offered at Satini Cosmetic Clinic. Points cannot be redeemed on products.
  • Reward points can only be redeemed for treatments, and only by Satini Admirer Members.

Your Free Birthday Skincare Product

  • Must be redeemed within four weeks of your birthday.
  • To redeem, you’ll need to book a treatment — it can be any treatment of your choice.
  • We’ll send you an email with your birthday offer; please show this email when you come in for your treatment.
