Physical Sunscreen also includes anti-glycation (also known as anti-A.G.E.) technology.

Glycation is a natural process that occurs as we age. When there are too many sugars in our body, they can attach to proteins like collagen and elastin. Too much sugar in our skin can cause the formation of fine lines and wrinkles.

Physical Sunscreen uses a substance called carnosine to reduce the sugar levels in our skin and skin aging due to that. Carnosine also protects the skin from infrared rays, which are known to contribute to collagen breakdown.

How to use

Apply Medik8 Physical Sunscreen SDPF 50 every morning as the final step in your skincare routine. Shake the bottle before using. Put a small amount on your face, neck, and chest. Avoid putting it near your eyes.

Apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply during the day for maximum protection. It is best to reapply every 2 hours when in direct sunlight. Use fingers or a beauty blender to pat the sunscreen over makeup throughout the day.
