To get the best results and reduce the chance of side effects, it is important to follow the aftercare advice below.

To help reduce side effects:

  • Do not rub or put pressure on the treated area for 24–48 hours

  • Avoid strenuous exercise for 24–48 hours after treatment

  • Avoid heat such as saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, or spas

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment

  • Do not have facial massages for four weeks after treatment

To help prevent infection:

  • Avoid touching the treated area for at least 24 hours

  • Do not apply makeup to the treated area for at least 24 hours

It is also important to book a review appointment two weeks after your treatment. This allows us to check your results and discuss any feedback or concerns.
