Can I return a product or package that I have purchased?

We are happy to offer you a credit for another treatment or treatment package or for one of our products on any of our packages, treatments or products you have purchased from us. Simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

Any products that you wish to return have to be received back by us fully packed, unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Items

If you have received a product from us that is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible. You can contact us via email: nadja@satini.co.nz. We will get back to you within 7 working days and if we are satisfied that the item was faulty we will either offer a refund or a credit with SATINI Cosmetic Medical Clinic or replace the faulty product.

Allergic Reactions

In the very rare event that you develop an allergic reaction to one of our products, stop using it immediately. If the reaction warrants immediate medical attention, please contact the urgent care medical center closest to you or call Healthline for advice at 0800-611-116.

If it is non-urgent, contact Satini Cosmetic Clinic at 0800-121-622.  We will arrange a complimentary consultation with one of our cosmetic doctors at SATINI Medical Cosmetic Clinic to assess your skin and guide you on the next steps.

Incorrect Item

If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery via email nadja@satini.co.nz. Please do not dispose of the item until we had the chance to talk to you.
