The two phases of treatment

Phase 1 — In clinic: After a deep cleanse, your skin professional applies the Cosmelan 1 mask, which is then removed at home after 8 to 12 hours.

Phase 2 — At home: You continue with Cosmelan 2, a scientifically advanced home-use cream that significantly reduces and controls hyperpigmentation of melanic origin on the face. Used as directed by your professional, it continuously attenuates spots and regulates melanin overproduction, preventing their reappearance over the long term — while also improving texture, brightness and overall tone. Typically, you’ll apply Cosmelan 2 at night, follow with a hydrating cream, and wear a high-protection sunscreen every day.

What to expect

Cosmelan is minimally invasive and fits around your normal routine, but some reactions are completely normal and expected.
