These are annual treatment allowances, rather than a treatment every month. Only clinically appropriate treatments are offered. Homecare products and additional treatment are charged separately. Any consultation payment made when joining is credited to the skincare plan total.

The number of treatment areas does not define the dose. Your product, unit allowance, number of yearly visits, total financial commitment and any additional costs are confirmed in writing before you join. Treatment is provided only when clinically appropriate.
Botox® is a prescription medicine containing botulinum toxin type A, supplied in 50, 100 and 200 unit vials, for indications including frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet. It has benefits and risks. Ask your doctor whether it is right for you. Treatment and clinic costs apply. Effects are temporary and further treatment may be needed. Side effects can include bruising, headache, eyelid or eyebrow droop and muscle weakness. Seek urgent medical help for difficulty swallowing or breathing. PRP Plasma for hair loss.
Our PRP memberships offer four treatment visits per year, with an initial payment followed by 11 monthly instalments. Your doctor first assesses the cause and pattern of your hair loss.

PRP uses a preparation from your own blood. Suitability, treatment response and results vary. Four visits are the annual allowance; additional sessions, if recommended, are quoted separately. Membership term and payment-release arrangements are confirmed before enrolment.

These conditions apply to new memberships accepted on this payment structure. Existing signed agreements continue on their agreed terms unless varied by mutual agreement.

- Your initial payment The initial payment is approximately 20% of the annual plan price and forms part of that price. It is payable after assessment when you accept your written plan, before the first treatment booking is confirmed. Any skincare consultation credit is counted toward this amount.
- Eleven monthly instalments The remaining balance is paid by 11 monthly direct debits, starting one calendar month after enrolment. Your initial payment plus those instalments equals the stated plan total when paid as agreed. Conditional cancellation and missed-payment charges are additional.
- Treatment must be funded Before each elective treatment, your available paid credit must cover its agreed member price. We agree funding for an initial injectable course before starting it. Additional advance payments reduce your remaining instalments dollar for dollar.
- Missed-payment fee: $15 A $15 fee applies once for each missed scheduled monthly instalment, where lawful and justified by reasonable payment-recovery costs. Repeat collection attempts for the same instalment do not create additional fees. We notify you of a failed payment and may pause further elective treatments while it remains overdue. Necessary aftercare and complication care continue.
- Cancellation after three unpaid payments Your membership will be cancelled if three scheduled monthly instalments remain unpaid after we give written notice and 14 days to bring the account up to date. These are three unpaid instalments, not three retry attempts. Any applicable hardship or other statutory rights are considered before termination.
- Early cancellation and full-price reconciliation If you choose to cancel before completing the annual plan, or Satini cancels for non-payment, completed treatments are recalculated at the full standard prices quoted and agreed before enrolment, subject to applicable law. A $25 cancellation administration fee applies where lawful and supported by reasonable cancellation costs. Applicable missed-payment fees are also included. Any amount owed after deducting every payment already received is payable upon cancellation, following an itemised statement. The same loss or cost is not recovered twice.
- Your payments remain credited Your initial payment, monthly instalments, consultation credit and any extra advance payments are all deducted in the reconciliation, without double-counting. Future treatments that have not been provided are not added to the cancellation bill, and remaining future instalments stop. Any unused balance after the lawful reconciliation is refunded. There is no early-cancellation fee merely for declining to renew a completed annual plan.
- Medical changes and consumer rights Contact us in writing if you need to cancel or request a medical pause: enquiry@satini.co.nz. We consider medical unsuitability, hardship, clinic error and cancellation under statutory rights individually. These terms do not limit rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, Fair Trading Act or any applicable credit law. Fees and full-price adjustments apply only to the extent lawful, reasonable and proportionate.

Do I need a treatment every month?
No. Monthly payments spread the cost of your agreed plan. They do not set the treatment frequency. Your doctor schedules treatments according to clinical need, recovery and the annual allowance.
How do I choose the right skincare membership?
Start with a doctor assessment at Satini in Ferrymead. We review your skin, medical history and goals before recommending a suitable plan. You can also choose individual treatments if a membership does not suit you.
What is included in the skincare membership price?
The listed annual treatment allowance, an initial doctor assessment with 3D imaging, one progress review and priority booking. Any consultation payment made when joining is credited to the skincare plan total. Homecare products and extra treatments are separate.
Can I have an injectable course early in the year?
Your doctor plans the course first. If treatments are scheduled before sufficient monthly payments have accumulated, an advance payment may be required. It is credited against the annual total and remaining payments, with the arrangement agreed before you enrol.
Can I change products or add more treatments?
The skincare plans have defined inclusions. Juvelook, Sunekos, Sculptra, Profhilo and Rejuran are different products and are not automatically interchangeable. Changes or additional treatments require assessment and a separate agreed quote.
Can I combine a skincare membership with loyalty points?
The new skincare membership prices already include the agreed package rate. Their payments and included treatments do not earn or redeem additional reward points and cannot be combined with other offers. Existing Botox and PRP membership benefits follow your agreed terms. Separate product purchases follow the applicable loyalty conditions.
How much is the initial payment?
Each plan shows an initial payment close to 20% of its annual price, followed by 11 whole-dollar monthly instalments. Advanced Skin is $284 upfront plus 11 payments of $104. Skin + Sunekos is $474 upfront plus 11 payments of $174. Collagen Renewal is $717 upfront plus 11 payments of $261. The annual plan totals remain $1,428, $2,388 and $3,588 respectively, including GST, when paid as agreed.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We notify you and may pause further elective treatments. A $15 fee applies once per missed scheduled monthly instalment where lawful and cost-justified, not once per retry. If three monthly instalments remain unpaid after written notice and a 14-day opportunity to remedy, the membership is cancelled and the account is reconciled under the cancellation terms. Necessary aftercare continues.
What will I owe if I cancel early?
For voluntary early cancellation or cancellation for non-payment, completed treatments are reconciled at the full standard prices quoted before enrolment, plus the applicable $25 cancellation fee and any applicable $15 missed-payment fees. Every payment already received is deducted. Any remaining balance is payable upon cancellation after an itemised statement; any unused credit is refunded. These adjustments apply only to the extent lawful, reasonable and proportionate. Unprovided future treatments are not charged.
Can I request a medical pause?
Yes. Contact Satini in writing if your health changes or treatment becomes unsuitable. We review your clinical plan, payments and any unused credit individually. Your statutory consumer and any applicable hardship rights remain unaffected.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Results and recovery vary. Your doctor explains the benefits, limitations, alternatives and risks before treatment. Skin treatments can cause redness, irritation or pigment changes. Injectable treatments can cause bruising, swelling, infection and other complications. A membership never requires you to undergo treatment that is unsuitable.
