Cosmetic-doctor care
All dermal filler treatments at Satini are performed by cosmetic doctors.
From facial assessment and treatment planning through to treatment and follow-up, your care is doctor-led.
A framework for facial balance—not a fixed recipe.
Age-related facial change is three-dimensional. Bone, fat pads, ligaments and skin all contribute, so treating one fold in isolation may not address why it has become more visible.
An Eight Point Lift uses carefully selected dermal filler placements across connected areas to improve support, contour and transitions. The name does not mean every person receives filler at exactly eight sites. Your anatomy, priorities, medical suitability and the weight of additional volume determine the plan.
It is not a surgical facelift. Dermal filler may create a subtle lifting or refreshing effect in suitable people, but it cannot remove excess skin or reproduce the result of surgery.
The eight-point framework
Eight areas to assess.
Only selected areas to treat.
These are commonly considered regions, not a universal injection map. Your doctor may omit, combine or stage areas after examining your face in movement and at rest.
Lateral cheekbone
Upper and outer cheek support
Cheekbone junction
Malar projection and structure
Anteromedial cheek
Central cheek and under-eye transition
Nose-to-mouth area
Nasolabial transition
Mouth corner
Oral commissure support
Pre-jowl hollow
The transition beside the chin
Jaw angle
Lower-face structure and contour
Lower cheek
Submalar hollow and facial balance
Educational guide only—not a treatment recipe. Exact location, depth, product and amount depend on anatomy and medical assessment. Some people need fewer areas, different priorities or no filler.

Balanced medical information
Dermal filler safety.
Common temporary effects include swelling, tenderness, redness and bruising. Other possible complications include infection, persistent lumps or nodules, asymmetry and inflammatory reactions. Rare vascular complications can cause tissue injury, visual disturbance or stroke and need urgent assessment.
Unusual or increasing pain, pale or mottled skin, significant colour change or visual symptoms require immediate attention. Visual disturbance is an emergency.
Tell your doctor about medicines and supplements, allergies, previous filler, dental work, infections and medical conditions. Do not stop prescribed medication unless the prescribing clinician advises you to.
Eight Point Lift FAQs
Questions are always welcome.
If your question depends on your anatomy or health history, a doctor consultation is the safest place to answer it.
01Is an Eight Point Lift a surgical facelift?
No. It is a non-surgical dermal filler framework. It may create a subtle lifting or refreshing effect in suitable people, but it cannot remove excess skin or reproduce the result of surgery.
02Will I receive exactly eight injections?
Not necessarily. Eight point refers to a framework of facial areas that may be assessed. Your doctor may treat fewer areas, use more than one placement within an area, stage treatment or recommend another approach.
03How long do results last?
Results are often described as lasting around 12–18 months, although duration varies with the product, treatment area, amount used, metabolism and lifestyle. Different areas may change at different rates.
04What downtime should I expect?
Temporary swelling, tenderness, redness and bruising can occur. Many people continue normal activities, but multi-area treatment may be more noticeable while it settles. Allow settling time before an important event.
05Can it improve jowls or under-eye hollows?
Strategic support may soften selected early jowling or improve the pre-jowl transition. Cheek support may also improve the transition below the eyes for some people. Significant laxity and direct tear-trough treatment require separate assessment.
06Who may need to postpone or avoid treatment?
Treatment may need to be postponed or avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active infection or inflammation, significant bleeding risk, known hypersensitivity, some medical conditions or unsuitable anatomy.
